Getting a position of an Assistant Professor in the University of Tokyo!

I am excited to tell you that I got a position of an Assistant Professor in the University of Tokyo, Japan. I am currently making up my laboratory studying device physics and material science in wide-bandgap semiconductors (GaN, SiC, AlN, Ga2O3) electronic as a PI! My group will focus on
・Characterization of physical properties (especially under high electric field),
・Design, fabrication and characterization of power/RF devices,
・New functional devices by integrating/co-designing new materials such as ferroelectric ScAlN with conventional GaN electronics.
