TAG members are expected to maintain a minimum 75% attendance rate for all official Sunday events, including both training sessions and operations. This standard is essential to maintaining unit readiness, realism, and operational effectiveness.
Midweek squad training is strongly encouraged for skill development and team cohesion; however, midweek training does not count toward the 75% attendance requirement.
Attendance at the Sunday training session immediately preceding an operation is mandatory.
Any member who does not attend this training will not be eligible to participate in that operation in their usual role. They will only be able to participate as an ancillary role. This ensures all participants are properly prepared, rehearsed, and aligned with the mission plan.
TAG operates a structured 5-point attendance system to ensure fairness, accountability, and consistency. The attendance point system is triggered when a member misses their first qualifying event and will reset after the member completes eight consecutive official events without accruing any additional points.
Missed Operation:
1 point is issued for each missed operation.
Missed Sunday Training:
1 point is issued.
The member becomes ineligible to participate in the next operation.
If a member misses the required Sunday training:
They must still attend the following operation, but
They will be assigned to non-primary roles only, such as:
QRF (Quick Reaction Force)
Helicopter door gunner
Ammunition bearer or other auxiliary support roles
If the member fails to attend that operation entirely, an additional point is issued.
Upon reaching 5 attendance points, a member is automatically moved to the Reserves.
Reserve status results in:
Loss of a permanent roster slot
Assignment to roles only as required, which may include support or auxiliary positions (e.g. door gunners, QRF, ammo bearers)
Members placed in the Reserves are still considered part of TAG but must meet the following minimum participation standard:
At least one official training event, and
The following operation,
Once every two months, to remain in the unit.
Failure to meet this requirement may result in being removed from the unit entirely.
Consistency, preparation, and reliability are fundamental to TAG’s standards. This policy exists to ensure fairness across the unit while maintaining the high level of realism and effectiveness expected of all members.
All TAG members are expected to uphold the highest standards of milsim realism and in-game immersion at all times. This includes maintaining proficiency in unit SOPs, role-specific skills, and established communications procedures.
Members are responsible for ensuring they remain fully up to date with:
All current SOPs
Role-specific doctrine and responsibilities
Official orders, briefings, and announcements posted on Discord
TAG places a strong emphasis on immersion and disciplined LARP in order to deliver a realistic and professional experience for all members. Every individual is expected to contribute positively to the immersion of those operating alongside them.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Correct and consistent use of in-game terminology and codewords (e.g. Code Alpha, Code Blue) where applicable
Acting in accordance with assigned roles, responsibilities, and situational demands
Maintaining composure, professionalism, and realism during all official events
Members are expected to perform to the best of their ability at all times in support of the team and mission objectives.
Any member who is found, or deemed, to be below the required standard in any area may be directed to a Training Officer (TO) for remedial training. This may involve re-completing specific modules or refresher training relevant to the identified deficiency.
Such action is corrective, not punitive, and is intended to maintain unit standards and operational effectiveness.
It is the sole responsibility of each member to ensure they understand and comply with all orders, SOPs, and official communications.
Members who repeatedly fail to demonstrate due diligence in keeping themselves informed and prepared may be subject to administrative action, which may include:
Temporary removal of eligibility to participate in operations
Loss of rank or leadership position
Removal from specialist roles or qualifications
These measures exist to protect the professionalism, immersion, and effectiveness of the unit as a whole.
