Here's a tutorial of World Taekwondo Poomsae- Taeguk ii jang.

1) First you have to be focused, the 'attention' word in korean language is 'charyot'. After you're ready, you have to be in your 'joon bi' stance. To do 'joonb bi' , you have to take your hands up, make fists, with full focus and confidence, bring your hands down at your waist level.  Image *1 is the joon bi stance.

2) Cross your hands while looking at left, while crossing, keep your right arm below and left arm up to perform a strong low block. Then move forward and throw a  straight punch (cross like).

3) With the same method, look at your right from low block position, then turn right and perform the low black in the same way. In the same way perform a straight punch while stepping forward.

1) After finishing the punch on the right, make a long step at front side from your right, perform a low block (*1 and *2)

2) Again look at the right, perform a mid block, this time your left feet shall be in the back. Follow along and throw a straight punch. (*3 and *4)

3) Repeat the same at your left side. Turn left with mid block with right hand, step forward and throw another staright punch. (same as *3 and *4)

1) This part has front kicks, when you finished the long step and punch before, you have to turn right and perform an upper block like *1, Then a high front kick and following straight punch (with forward step).

2) Do the same at your right side... turn right, upper block, front kick and following punch.

1) Thats the ending part, from your frontkick-punch position, turn right (back side from the start position) and perform a long step low block, perform another long step and strong straight punch, this time you have to shout.

2) Then turn 180 degree (your starting position and side), come back to the joon bi stance, and bow.
