All participants are required to register.
For accepted papers and shortlisted entries in the media and lesson plan competitions, at least one author must complete registration in order for the paper or entry to be presented at the conference.
All authors attending the conference to participate in a presentation must register so that conference materials can be properly prepared and distributed.
Authors may wait until the acceptance notification is announced before completing their registration.
All presenters (paper presentations, media competitions, and lesson plan competitions): At least one author of each paper must register and pay the registration fee. Each registration and payment covers up to two papers
The registration fees include the conference registration and presentation fee and entire event (workshop and educational and culture tour, another registration required).
Authors whose submissions have been accepted must complete registration and payment by November 2, 2026 (Mon.). Those who fail to complete the registration process by the deadline will have their presentation eligibility revoked.

On-site registration will be available on the day of the conference. The registration fees will be the same as those listed in the table above.
Faculty members and students affiliated with an institutional member of the Association are eligible for membership status and may pay the applicable member registration fee.
Once conference registration has been completed, cancellations will not be accepted. However, the name of the registrant or author may be changed.
The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the conference program booklet, the conference proceedings, lunch, and refreshments.
All members of media competition and lesson plan competition teams who attend the conference to give an on-site presentation must register for the conference so that conference materials can be properly prepared and distributed.
