The TAECT 2026 registration system is now open! Please complete your registration at your earliest convenience.

(1) Registration Information
All participants are required to register.
For accepted papers and shortlisted Digital Media and Lesson Plan Competition entries, at least one author must register for the paper or entry to be presented at the conference.
The registration fee includes the conference registration and presentation fee, association membership dues, and other conference activities. Workshops and the cultural tour require separate registration.
All authors presenting on site must register so that conference materials can be prepared and distributed.
Authors may wait until the review results are announced before registering.
One presenter’s registration fee covers up to two papers. A separate full registration fee is required from the third paper onward.
Authors of accepted submissions must complete registration and payment by November 2, 2026 (Mon.). Those who do not complete registration by the deadline will lose their presentation eligibility.

On-site registration will be available on the day of the conference at the fees shown in the table above.
Once conference registration has been completed, cancellations will not be accepted. The registrant or author name may be changed.
The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, the conference program booklet, proceedings, lunch, and refreshments.
All Digital Media and Lesson Plan Competition team members presenting on site must register so that conference materials can be prepared and distributed.
