Information for Authors

* Numbers reflect registration order.

1. By October 19, 2026 (Mon.), please revise your paper according to the conference formatting requirements and review comments (which will be emailed individually to the corresponding author), and upload the revised Word and PDF files to EasyChair.

2. Please revise your paper according to the review comments and the final manuscript template. Include all authors’ names, affiliations, and email addresses in the final manuscript. If generative AI was used, include the disclosure required by the template before the references.

3. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment. Each paid registration covers up to two papers. All authors presenting on site must also register. For payment information, please see: Registration

4. The early-bird registration and payment deadline is October 19, 2026 (Mon.). Presenters must complete registration and payment by November 2, 2026 (Mon.); otherwise, the conference reserves the right to cancel their presentation eligibility.

(3) Conference Proceedings

The conference proceedings will include abstracts of both oral and poster presentations. After the conference, an ISBN will be obtained for the proceedings, which will then be made available on the conference website.
