New lab benches have been installed in our lab. You can also see the new biosafety cabinet in our room.
We greatly appreciate all the support from CiDER and our vendors in helping us set up the lab.
I hope many students and researches will be here to work and enjoy this new research environment!

Exciting news!
A high-performance workstation has been built and installed in our research unit, with cryo-EM software packages.
Our team can now process both cryo-EM and cryo-ET data in-house, enabling a wide range of structutal biology studies!

In collaboration work with the Core Facility Center at the University of Osaka, we built the manual gravity plunger for cryo-EM sample preparation.
We sincerely appreciate their support and assistance.

We determined in situ structures of Campylobacter jejuni flagellar motor using cryo-ET. We published a manuscript, and our structures were selected for the cover of Nature Microbiology.
