Tableland Hall Basic Hire Rules
It is important that everyone respects our hire rules to ensure that our Hall and facilities are always available for all the community to enjoy.
- Please ensure the Hall building is fully secured when vacating
- Please respect our neighbours by encouraging your guests to keep noise to a minimum when leaving the premises in the evening
- Ensure all lights, oven and water pump (switch located in kitchen) have been turned off
- All rubbish must be completely removed from the Hall and grounds - please do not leave any rubbish in Hall bins
- Crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses must be washed, dried and put away
- Kitchen surfaces, oven and stove must be left clean
- Leave no food - fridges and freezers must be left on
- Tables used must be wiped down
- Fold/stack chairs used and put away
- Please leave Toilets in a respectable condition
- Sweep floors and mop up any spills
- No use of any gas or butane stoves/BBQs allowed inside the Hall; only the Hall kitchen equipment must be used for cooking unless agreed in writing
- Absolutely no open fires allowed in the Hall building or grounds
- No smoking inside the Hall - please use the designated area and dispose of cigarette butts in the bin provided
- Installed decorations or additions must be taken down and removed from the premises
- Due to fire regulations, no overnight stays are permitted inside the Hall building
