Hall Bookings

Tableland Hall is available for hire to the general community for functions, activities and meetings. The Hall can be hired as either a one off hire or as a regular booking.

Facilities include:

• Full Kitchen - including cutlery and crockery
• Tables and chairs
• Off-street parking
• Stage
• Polished floorboards
• Ceiling fans
• Toilets
• Ramp access
• PA system/microphone (additional bond required)

Hall hire is subject to Terms and Conditions

Schedule of Charges

Functions includes full kitchen use

Hire Fee $ 250

Bond required $ 250

Loss of bond for cancellations of less than 48 hours prior to hire date & start time

Day bookings includes use of kitchen for tea and coffee making only

Hire Fee $ 50

Permanent regular bookings

Discounts apply. Please contact us for pricing.

Use of PA system/microphone

Bond required $ 50 (in addition to hire bond)

Hire Fee Discounts

The following discounts may apply to the Hall hire fees. Discounts are subject to approval by the Tableland Hall Committee

Fundraising (25% discount) – For-Profit organisations using Hall facilities to raise funds for a charity or cause.

Subsidised Commercial (50% discount) – Schools, churches, concerts and musical events (for schools).

Not for profit (100% discount) – Charitable organisations and community groups using the facility to conduct community activities (proof of Not for Profit status from the Australian Taxation Office is required).

Other fee waivers in special circumstances may be approved upon application by the hirer.

How to make a booking

1. contact us to reserve your booking date and time (please provide as much information as possible about your event, including use of PA system or any other special requests)
2. make sure to pay your bond by the due date to secure your booking
3. all remaining hire fees to be paid in full no less than 48 hours prior to hire date & start time or key collection, whichever comes first.
4. we will meet with you at an agreed date and time prior to your booking to provide you with a key for access to the hall before and during your booking and to walk you through the Hall facilities
