My name is Tabitha Schmidt.  I am currently a senior at Grove City College studying PreK-4 Elementary and 4-8 Middle Level Math/English Education.  I decided to choose education because I love working with kids and empowering the next generation to do amazing things.  I believe God has called me to this profession, and I will work hard and utilize my gifts in order to teach in a way that glorifies Him.  I intend to graduate in 2023, and I may continue my education eventually up to a master's or doctorate degree depending on my future job and opportunities - I find education administration in particular to be very fascinating.  My hobbies include writing stories, reading, playing my clarinet, and spending time with my family and fiancé.  I am from Pittsburgh, PA.  When I'm living at home and not college, I live with my parents and two little sisters.
