This science course is the regular Grade 9 Academic Science course. However, I will add in some slightly advanced AP aspects into here as well, for you advanced students.
There are 4 content-units in the course: Ecology, Chemistry, Physics: Electricity, and Astronomy, as well as the essential Science Practices unit. The units are divided into chapters, which have chapter quizzes in the Google Forms format, and each unit has a unit test which is an external link to a ClassMarker test.
There are activities for each unit, and for some chapters, these are comparable to assignments in school.
DISCLAIMER: All the activities, quizzes, and unit tests have been compiled by Saheel Siyam unless otherwise indicated. All the material is based off of some extent, of the TDSB and Ontario course curricula, but each teacher teaches each course differently. Course content may differ between teachers, within the curriculum. Mr. Lin helped me to make this course.

Below is the Unit Selection menu, where you can select from the five units in this course, and the culminating activity for this course. You can do the units in whatever order you like, and once you are redirected to a unit, you can select a chapter of the unit from a navigation menu similar to this one. There is a back button at the very bottom of each unit to navigate back here, and two back buttons at the bottom of each chapter so you can navigate back to the unit, or back here. You can also redirect using the Path menu at the top of the site. Once you have finished the content, you can download a course certificate below. (Its not legit, sorry, this is just a certificate to make you feel good, and is only valid in the HelpWeb, not in real school). Remember that completing a Synerge course does not affect your real school grade, and the HelpWeb is NOT affiliated with any school board. Completing a course shell will only help you learn the content easier in school.
Unit 0: Good Scientific Practices
Where you learn about things like the scientific method, what to do and not to do in formal science, and how to make a lab report.
Unit 1: Ecology
Learn about the natural environment and different factors in it, how it balances and natural laws like the laws of thermodynamics. You will also learn what impacts humans have on the environment, and the main threats to biodiversity, and how we can mitigate their effects.
Unit 2: Chemistry
Learn about atoms, molecules, and how they form. You will also learn about different types of molecular bonds: ionic and molecular, and what constitutes a chemical change as opposed to a physical change in an experiment.
Unit 3: Physics
Learn about static electricity and current electricity and how they are produced. You will learn how electricity occurs in nature and in the man made environment. You will also learn the different parts of a circuit and how to make a circuit diagram.
Unit 4: Astronomy
Learn about our solar system, our galaxy, and the observable universe, as well as how humanity learned about this info from famous theorists. You will also learn about how phenomena outside the Earth affect us, and do things like create our seasons.
Culminating Activity
Your choice between an activity/assignment or a test which reviews your knowledge of all five units.
