Eligibility:
The program is open to professional travel agents and individuals who are approved by Sylver Guest House.
Agents must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Referral Validity:
A referral is considered valid only if the booking form is filled out completely and accurately before the customer’s stay begins.
Referrals that do not result in a successful booking or are canceled by the customer will not qualify for commission.
Commission Payment:
Commissions are paid out weekly via Orange Money to the agent’s registered account, based on completed stays.
Agents must ensure their Orange Money account details are correct and up-to-date to avoid delays in payment.
Any disputes regarding commission amounts must be raised within 14 days of payment.
In cases where a customer shortens their stay, the commission will be adjusted accordingly.
Program Changes:
Sylver Guest House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the agent program at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated to all participating agents.
Agent Conduct:
Agents must represent Sylver Guest House honestly and professionally. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Confidentiality:
Agents are required to keep customer information and booking details confidential and are prohibited from sharing this information with unauthorized third parties.
