Enrollment:

• Interested agents, both professional travel agents and individuals, can enroll in the program by contacting our team and completing the necessary Registration forms.

Referral Process:

• For each potential customer, the agent must fill out a booking form via the provided link: Booking Form.

• Ensure the customer’s details are correctly entered, including the referral information.

Commission Structure:

• Agents earn a 10% commission on the fee of 25,000 F CFA per night, which amounts to 2,500 F CFA per night booked by the customer they referred.

• Commissions are calculated based on the final confirmed booking and are paid out weekly via Orange Money.

Payment Process:

• Commissions are disbursed weekly via Orange Money to the agent’s registered account.

• Agents must provide their valid Orange Money account details upon enrollment to ensure timely payments.

Support and Resources:

• Training Materials: Agents will receive comprehensive training materials that outline our booking process and offer valuable tips on how to effectively approach and engage potential customers.

• Marketing Materials: Agents will be provided with flyers and visuals that can be shared on their WhatsApp status or other social media platforms to attract prospects and drive bookings.
