**1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the Agent will promote and refer customers to Sylver Guest House in exchange for a commission.
**2. AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Agent agrees to promote Sylver Guest House to potential customers using the provided marketing materials and training.
The Agent must accurately fill out the booking form for each potential customer using the provided link: [Booking Form URL].
The Agent agrees to uphold the reputation of Sylver Guest House by representing the Guest House honestly and professionally.
**3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
The Guest House agrees to pay the Agent a commission of 10% (2,500 F CFA per night) for each successful booking made through the Agent's referral.
Commission is calculated based on the total number of nights booked by the referred customer.
Payment will be made weekly via Orange Money to the Agent's registered Orange Money account.
**4. PAYMENT TERMS
Commissions are paid weekly based on completed stays. Payments will be made via Orange Money to the account provided by the Agent.
In the event of a dispute regarding commission amounts, the Agent must notify the Guest House within 14 days of the payment date. The Guest House will review the dispute and provide a resolution.
**5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Agent agrees to keep all customer information and booking details confidential and will not disclose such information to unauthorized third parties.
**6. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, the Agent will receive any outstanding commissions for bookings that have been completed before the termination date.
**7. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Sylver Guest House reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Agent in writing.
Continued participation in the agent program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
**8. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.
**9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
**10. SIGNATURES By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
