My cooperating teacher is Sir Albino Matiling, He shows a well-structured teaching approach according to his own lesson plan. At the beginning, he stepped into the class and outlined his learning objectives until the end of the lesson. He always ensures that what he has conveyed is in accordance with the lesson plan that has been made. All of the lesson plan always has a developing assessment and additional activities.

Preparing a lesson plan is important for all teachers and Sir Albino Matiling is no exception. He always organizes learning materials to be interesting and meaningful whether using technology or not.
