Arrival on 4th September in cluj-napoca

You will arrive in Cluj-Napoca, at “Avram Iancu” International Airport (CLJ), on 4th September 2024, at maximum 9 pm (21:00). If for some particular reason you cannot find tickets with arrival in the morning or in the afternoon, please email us and we will help you find a solution.

Departure to vatra dornei

From Cluj-Napoca, we will travel all together to Vatra Dornei. The trip to Vatra Dornei will take around 4 hours, so please keep in mind to have some extra snacks and water for the whole journey!

The meeting point for Cluj-Napoca may be the airport, but we are still discussing it. We will let you know for sure later on.

Departure on 13th September to cluj-napoca

The departure back to Cluj-Napoca airport will be on 13 September 2024, around midnight. So please make sure that your flight back home is not earlier than 6 am on 13 September. We will travel during the night, so that we can get to Cluj-Napoca early on 13 September, for those who have early flights. 

Important!

Do NOT forget your necessary documents to enter Romania! 

As citizens of the European Union, you can enter Romania with only your valid ID Card (National Card). BUT it's your own responsibility to double-check your own travel condition(s) to Romania, prior to the project! 

You can take 1-2 extra days before or after the project to visit Romania, but at your own expense.
