"Swipe Up for Reality" aims to raise awareness among young people in 5 European communities (Spain, Greece, Italy, Poland and Romania) about the importance of mental health care and to promote the benefits of offline activities (such as sports, hiking, meditation, board games etc.), in order to prevent excessive and negligent use of social media and its consequences on the mental well-being of young people.
Debates, role-playing, outdoor events, and more, aimed at addressing the challenges posed by excessive social media use and promoting offline engagements like sports and meditation.
