A bookshop literacy project - with a twist!

Launching in 2024, Swindon Story Shed is a brand new experience - a travelling bookshop, bringing all the bookselling magic of recommendations to a space near you!  

What's more, we cater to every budget, with a range of new books, secondhand books, and even a book swap where you can pick up a new read for free. What could be better?!

If that's not enough, we also intend to offer workshops (for all ages and abilities), including creative writing, art, music and drama - tell your story, your way! Every workshop will have a miminum of two free spaces available, so no one will ever be excluded on the basis of their finances.
