SWIMMING FOR ADULTS
After giving you a short evaluation, we will provide you with a series of exercises, in and out of the water, so that learning is optimal and appropiate.
The main problem for people in swimming is the poor position of the body in the water and not knowing how to use the force in the right way. For this reason, in swimming classes we will provide you with a wide range of technical exercises, which will become more complex as your body posture in the water is corrected.
