What do I need for swim lessons, beside a swimsuit?
Goggles
Goggles protect the eyes and enhance visibility underwater. They help the swimmer feel more comfortable and confident in the water.
Not sure where to look? Amazon has plenty affordable options to pick from.
For kids: here is a recommendation from one of my swim moms:
Speedo Unisex Child Swim Goggles Sunny G Ages 3-8
Hair Tie or
Swim Cap
If needed, the hair tie or swim cap helps keep hair out of the face and prevent it from interfering with vision or becoming entangled in goggles.
Fins
For fitness and competitive swimmers (short blade fins).
Swim fins, also known as flippers, help develop leg strength and improve technique. Fins increase propulsion and allow swimmers to move through the water more efficiently.
Restroom
To promote personal comfort, maintain hygiene, and ensure a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience, swimmers should use the restroom before their lesson starts.
