I am a Computer Science Masters student at UIC. I am the President of GradSWE and a graduate assistant for Women in Engineering Programs. I love cooking and listening to music in my free time. As a Harry Potter enthusiast, I’m always eager to connect with fellow Potterheads for spirited conversations. I’m a student in UIC’s Joint BS/MS Computer Science Program, graduating this December with both my Bachelor's and Master’s degrees. Outside of GradSWE, I work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for computer science courses and volunteer as a research assistant in UIC’s NLP Lab, where I’m part of a project focused on nonverbal behavior generation in robots. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, watching sitcoms, and exploring the city with friends—always on the lookout for a new side quest. 🪂

I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at UIC. I serve as the Planning Chair for GradSWE and work as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Orthopaedics Department, where I focus on digital image correlation. Before grad school, I worked as a full-stack developer at Verizon. In my free time, I love watching sitcoms and movies, taking solo walks in nature, hopping between cafes, and playing games with friends.

I’m a second-semester master’s student in Biomedical Engineering at UIC, with a background in data science and a strong interest in neuroscience. I’m currently involved in research projects focused on brain activity and calcium imaging.

As Communications Chair, I enjoy using creativity and storytelling to share SWE’s mission in an engaging way. Outside of school, I love to travel, capture everyday moments on video and explore cozy coffee shops in Chicago.
