The Cottage

Our 1800 square foot year round cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps 8-10.

Two elevated porches allow you to take in the view (woods, mountains, and glimpses of the lake) over a cup of coffee or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Our cottage is just a 2-3 minute walk from the docks or small sandy beach.

Sweetfern is located in the Westways association on the eastern shore of Kezar Lake, and guests have use of Westways facilities, including five docks, a small sandy beach and playground area, rec hall, tennis court, and ballfield. For winter ski weekends and holidays, we are a short drive south to Shawnee Peak or north to Sunday River.
