4 garden pitches, tennis court pitches, and a choice of three 1 acre fields (according to season). 4 pitches in wild woods with stream.

Terrain: Mainly flat.

Shelter: On all sides.

View: View of forested hills across the beautiful Teign Valley.

Waterside: Babbling brook in wild woods + Wild swimming in River Teign 3/4 mile.

Electric hook-ups: By extension leads

Noise/Light/Olfactory pollution: None

Loos: 1 U + Scandinavian compost loo in woodland chalet.

Showers: 1 Unisex (free).

Other facilities: Use of our washing machine £5+detergent. No tumble drier.

Stuff for children: 2 treeswings and tyre swings, See-saw. Tree House. Tree den with awning, table and log stools. Adventures and exploration in woodland, stream, local forest and river.

Pony-sitting by arrangement on Duke who is an ex-Riding For the Disabled Pony and very calm.

Things to note;

We are a basic wild camping site and love to share this very special location with others. If you are a lover of nature, the great outdoors and don't mind a sketchy mobile phone connection this is the place for you!

We occupy a wonderful sheltered valley location on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. However it is important to note that cannot guarantee the weather. There may be times when site options are limited; some pitches will be drier than others. We are unable to offer refunds for booked places if your first choice of pitch is not available, or for inclement weather.

We have a private bore hole water supply so during dry spells we would be grateful for your care with water consumption.
