We currently only offer frozen feeder mice with plans to possibly expand to other rodent species in the future. We understand the stigma of breeding feeder animals and also understand that these stereotypes were earned by bad breeders and the unnecessary suffering of animals. Our animals, whether they be pets, feeders, or breeders receive the proper care required for their respective species and are treated with respect. Some things we do at Swamp Witch Exotics that you may not find other breeders employing, but these practices are beneficial to our programs, some of these are as follows

• Our #1 focus is Health and our 2nd is temperament. This means we do not breed ill tempered, sick, or otherwise unsound animals. We do not work with aggressive rodents and will cull these traits when/if they ever pop up in our lines. For further information on culling please see our

• We keep detailed records on every animal in our breeding program, pairings, litters, etc. These records include information such as age, phenotypes, genes carried, heritage, etc. and allow us to further improve our lines

• We do not colony breed but instead we use the "harem" method which allows a more accurate tracking of lineage/genetics/faults in the lines and more. We use anywhere from 1-3 does to be paired to a singular buck in their own enclosure and keep detailed records on every pairing.

• We house bucks separately and will promote that when adopting out from our pet lines(in the future) or selling breeder stock
