Swamp Witch Rattery was founded in 2023 in Splendora Tx and closed down indefinitely in our capacity as a rattery in May 2024 when we lost everything in extreme flooding. We are extremely grateful to be able to re-open under the name Swamp Witch Exotics this year in March . We have moved locations and are now in Brazoria County, outside of Angleton. We have been and still are small-scale, but what we lack in quantity-we hope to make up for that by not only providing healthy rats but also excellent customer service. At Swamp Witch Exotics ,when it comes to our breeding program ,we strive for several things: Health is our number ONE priority followed closely by temperament. We do NOT breed any  animals that show health or behavioral issues which is central to being an ethical breeder and the safety of our customers.
