To place an order, customers are required to secure their reservation with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures the animal is reserved and guarantees a spot on our processing calendar.
To complete the order, customers must fill out and submit an official processing sheet. Both the customer and Swallow Hollow Farm must sign this sheet, with the customer's signature and the farm owner's initials, before processing begins.
