Let's face it. You are what you eat, and that also applies to swine. Thats why we raise quality pigs that receive a proper diet to ensure quality meat when it goes “from our farm gate to your dinner plate”. When animals are not fed a proper diet, it is reflective in the flavor of the meat. That's why we never slop feed our pigs. They are given quality corn mash with a 14% medicated supplement supplied from local farmers and the local feed mill. They are provided with fresh, clean spring water daily. The end result is tender and flavorful pork.
Raised to order, packed and processed on site.
Our pigs are pre-ordered by our customers in the spring and processed to fill thier freezers by the fall. We currently do not have the facility to keep pigs on hand and must be pre-ordered ahead of time. "Cutting out the middle man" we process our pigs right here on our farm. This is great news because it cuts out the middle man for our customers and in return saves money. We offer our pigs in either full or half size and completely customizable to your needs. We get our pigs at 30 pound weight and process them when they reach a healthy weight of 325 - 350 pounds.

Our pigs are fully customizable to your needs. Whether you are a grilled pork chop kind of chef, or you're more into pulled pork and crock pot "set and forget" meals, our pigs are ideal for any type of cooking!

"What Do I Get From A Half?"
A half of a hog will get you an estimated 75 to 95 pounds of total meat (depending the final size of the animal). Click the link to the left to download our Half A Hog Checklist.
This is just a sample of what you can get all from a half of a hog. Wanting more chops and steaks or bigger roasts will effect the final count.

Please note pigs are ordered in advance and a deposit is needed. Right now orders are placed in the spring and processed in the fall. If all animals are reserved, you can be added to a waiting list for the following year.
