As of 2024 Swallow Hollow Farm will implement the following business policies and procedures as a result of our expanding operations. These changes will take effect immediately.
Customers seeking to purchase a hog from Swallow Hollow Farm are required to provide a deposit to reserve their animal. Deposits are non-refundable.
Acceptable forms of payment are limited to cash or check exclusively.
Customers are required to complete an official processing sheet provided by Swallow Hollow Farm for order processing. Alternative ordering methods will not be accepted.
Prior to processing, customers must endorse their cut sheet.
Prior to order pick-up, customers must endorse their receipt.
In the event of any order discrepancies, customers are granted a 10-day window from the time of pickup to address them with Swallow Hollow Farm. All resolved matters must be accompanied by a receipt bearing the customer's signature.
