Trash or Trouble is a gamified, scenario-based eLearning solution designed to reduce risks in the management and transportation of e-waste by training employees how to identify e-waste and follow company procedures in its disposal. Instead of memorizing rules, learners explore common workplace items, evaluate their components, and experience the consequences of improper disposal.

The result? Fewer safety risks, better compliance, and reduced liability related to fire hazards or unsecured data. By shifting from awareness to action, this training helps teams protect people, property, and proprietary information.
