We appreciate your interest in volunteering at Experience India 2023!

Volunteers are essential to the success of this event and we thank all of you who have volunteered in the past.  Volunteers may help with setting up food and decorations; checking in attendees; washing tablecloths after the event; cleaning the venue at the end of the night; transporting students and supplies; and other miscellaneous tasks.  If you would like to help with our event, please fill out the form below.

WE ASK THAT YOU GET A TICKET IN ADDITION TO FILLING OUT THIS FORM SO WE CAN GET A HEAD COUNT.

Once you fill out the form, you will be given access to the detailed information you will need as a volunteer.  Someone will be in touch with you directly, sometime before the event as well.
