In this project, we were tasked with building a PC using the Newegg website. On this website you have virtually unlimited combinations that you can choose from to build your PC. To build the PC we needed to choose options for the CPU, motherboard, video cards, accessories, and much more to have it all come together. A cool feature on Newegg is the ability to see the price of each item and the total cost of the PC. We then transferred all of this information onto our website for others to see our build.
In this project, multiple lessons were learned. I learned that the cost of a PC adds up very quickly and it can be hard to stay on budget. Also, I learned just how many different combinations can be used to make a PC and how each combination will have different pros and cons. While building a PC, there is so much too think about and I did not realize it was so complex before this project so it really opened my eyes in that aspect.
