The central mission of our laboratory is to tackle real-world challenges and advance the sustainability of food processing. We utilize our expertise in food science, food process engineering, and food engineering, integrating these disciplines with computational skills, simulation techniques, and fundamental biology. To achieve our goals, we employ two distinct approaches: AI-Coupled Process Design & Modeling and Upcycling Food Material.
