More than half of our county general fund is spent on criminal justice. I support evidence based criminal justice solutions that protect our community from violent offenders and minimize incarceration. Prevention, rehabilitation and treatment programs target problems that lead to arrest and prosecution. Let's help people get well, not lock them in a cell.
