My family installed 52 solar panels as two arrays on the rooftop of this 1865 downtown building that houses our family business.
This is a snapshot of our electric production and consumption on a sunny spring day.
In 2019 we produced almost 11 kilowatt hours of electric on just one of the two solar panel arrays on the bike shop roof. At the Duke electric rate of about 13 cents/kWh that's $1,408 that we saved on electricity in 2019!
