Some of our apps include community features that allow you to post questions, answers, tips, or other content visible to other users. When you use these features:
Any content you post (questions, answers, comments) is stored on Firebase servers and may be visible to other users of the app.
Your display name or username may appear alongside the content you post.
You should not include sensitive personal information (such as health details, contact information, or financial data) in community posts.
Content you post may be retained even after you delete your account, though it will be disassociated from your identity upon deletion.
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or hide content that violates our community guidelines.
Some apps may request permission to access your device camera and your photo library or media files. These permissions allow the app to capture or select images for features such as scanning, image analysis, editing, or other app functionality. Photos are only accessed when you actively choose to use these features.
Facial Photographs (where applicable)
Certain apps (such as GlowScore) may collect facial photographs that you voluntarily provide. In these cases:
We collect standard JPEG photographs only. We do not collect biometric identifiers, facial recognition data, face geometry, depth-mapping data, or 3D facial mesh data.
Photographs are used solely for AI-powered visual analysis to provide in-app features (such as aesthetic scoring or wellness recommendations).
All facial photographs are stored locally on your device. We do not operate backend servers that store your images.
The only third-party transmission is to Google LLC (Gemini API) for one-time visual analysis. Google does not retain submitted images after processing or use them for model training.
You can delete all facial photographs and related data at any time through the app's account deletion or uninstall options.

When using our apps, the following information may be collected automatically:

Some of our apps use Firebase, a platform provided by Google LLC, to power backend features. Firebase services we may use include:
Firebase Authentication is used to create and manage user accounts. When you register or sign in, Firebase may collect:
Email address (if using email/password sign-in)
Authentication tokens and session identifiers
Sign-in timestamps and device information
This data is used solely for account management and authentication purposes. Firebase Authentication is provided by Google LLC and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Community features — such as posting questions, answers, or other user-generated content — are powered by Firebase Firestore or Firebase Realtime Database. Data stored includes:
Content you post (questions, answers, comments, reactions)
Your user ID and display name associated with posted content
Timestamps of posts and interactions
This data is stored on Firebase servers operated by Google LLC in the United States and may be subject to applicable data protection regulations. Firebase infrastructure is designed to meet industry-standard security requirements.
If you upload media (such as photos or files) as part of community features, these files may be stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Uploaded files are associated with your user account and may be visible to other users depending on the feature.

Some of our apps include AI-powered features that transmit user data to a third-party AI service: Google LLC, via the Gemini API.
Before any data is transmitted to Google Gemini, the app will display an explicit consent prompt that:
States exactly what data will be sent (e.g., your photo or text input)
Identifies Google LLC (Gemini API) as the recipient
Requires you to tap "I Agree" before any data is transmitted
Allows you to decline, in which case no data is sent and the feature will not be used
Data shared with Google Gemini:
Photos (camera or photo library) — Sent only when you use an AI visual analysis feature and provide consent. Used for AI-powered visual analysis (e.g., skin scoring, food analysis, breed identification).
Text input (chat features) — Sent only when you use an AI chat feature and provide consent. Used for generating AI-powered responses.
How this data is handled:
Data is transmitted only when you actively use an AI-powered feature and explicitly consent.
Our apps do not store this data on external servers.
Google LLC does not retain submitted data after processing and does not use it for model training.
Google LLC provides data protection consistent with its own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time via the Settings section within the app. Once consent is withdrawn, no further data will be transmitted to Google Gemini.
Where stated in the app, data (including photos, scan results, habit logs, and preferences) is stored exclusively on your local device using on-device persistent storage. We do not operate backend servers or cloud databases for this data. This means:
Your data is private to your device.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Additional deletion options (such as "Delete Account") may be available within the app.
Note: Community features and account data (as described in the Firebase section above) are stored on Firebase servers and are not subject to local-only storage.
Our apps may use third-party services to support functionality such as:
Artificial intelligence processing (Google LLC, Gemini API)
Authentication and community backend (Google LLC, Firebase)
Analytics and crash reporting
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Cloud services
These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.
When you post content in community features of our apps, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You remain responsible for the content you post and agree not to submit content that:
Violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
Contains spam, misleading information, or unsolicited advertising
Is abusive, harassing, or harmful to other users
Includes personally identifiable information about other individuals without consent
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide app functionality. Specifically:
Account data (email, authentication records) is retained until you delete your account.
Community posts and content may be retained after account deletion in anonymized or disassociated form.
On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the app or use the in-app deletion option.
Firebase-stored data is deleted upon account deletion requests submitted through the app or by contacting us.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the in-app "Delete Account" option or contact us at the email address below.
We take reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect your information. Firebase services used in our apps implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored data. However, no electronic storage method or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Community features that involve public posting are not designed for or directed at children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with their data, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe a child has used our app and provided personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
