I just put this shortcut on my phone and I’d recommend everyone do the same. It’s for if you get pulled over or in a dangerous situation and will send a text message saying you got pulled over with your location as well turn down the brightness to 0, then take and send a video of the interaction to both trusted people you choose(if you need help with configuration I can help) as well as uploading it your iCloud:

Fill water balloons with used engine oil and sand then throw them at the windshields of armored personnel carriers to blind them. Very hard to remove.
Get tow straps or chains and bind the wheels.
Grab cones, buckets, and garbage can lids and fill them with water. Dump the water on tear gas canisters to disarm them.

Self defense shield for rubber bullets:Take wood glue and mix with water to spread it out more then paint all over long carboard and put another long cardboard piece on top of it until it is 4 pieces deep. Put something on top of it to keep it compressed then let it dry for an hour. Cut off the excess. Put some fiberglass resin on the front then put a fiberglass blanket on top. Wait 3 hours for it to dry. Cut off excess and put duct tape on the edges. Add steel mesh then some wood to keep it stable.

Remove debris from the wound then wipe down with alcohol wipes.
Get out the skin stapler and staple the skin right down the middle.
After 7-14 days remove the staples.
