My passion is transforming and improving learning using innovative instructional strategies and proven design methods. As an experienced instructional designer and learning coach, I have a wealth of instructional technology skills and learning theory knowledge. I also have experience as a trainer, public speaker, and marketing leader, with a track record of consistently driving organizational success through strategic planning, analysis, and execution. Leading the development and implementation of the Visionary Instruction Plan for Lockhart ISD was one of my biggest career highlights. The plan revolutionized instructional practices to increase teacher and student growth by intentionally piloting blended teaching strategies, technology devices, and support models and then scaling them out districtwide. Delivering engaging, personalized, and impactful learning experiences is what I love!
