Summer Lee

We’re proud to support Summer Lee, one of the few Congressmembers with a spine. She is not afraid to stand up to the fossil fuel industry or to the pro-war lobby. Summer Lee fights against these destructive industries on behalf of ordinary people. She has earned your vote in 2024.

MAKENZIE WHITE

Makenzie is a passionate community organizer, social worker and public health professional with a proven track record of fighting  for working families and environmental justice who decided to run after becoming frustrated working in our broken and inadequate social services and environmental protection systems. She is a fierce advocate for policies that will create a just transition to a green economy, ensure everyone has a fair shot at success, and make our communities safe, healthy, and prosperous. We know that Makenzie will be a strong voice for District 45 in the Pennsylvania State Senate.

We are confident that with her life’s passion organizing for better schools, better healthcare and economic justice that she will excel in her leadership in District 34.

Successful Endorsements

sara innamorato

In her time in the State House, Rep. Innamorato has fought for clean air and water for working families. She would bring moral clarity to an office that has the power to help over a million residents. She is the best choice for County Executive.

bethany hallam

Councilmember Hallam has used her position on County Council to speak truth to power. She is the leading voice for fixing the problems with our County Jail, and she has won concrete victories in the fight for clean air and water for our region. She has earned a second term.

Dan GRZYBEK

Educated as a petroleum engineer, when Grzybek realized what it would entail, he walked away from a fossil fuel paycheck and became an outspoken advocate for clean air and water. Since then he's spearheaded our successful effort to ban fracking in County parks. He will make an excellent Councilmember.

deb gross

Councilmember Gross shares our vision of a Pittsburgh that serves the needs of residents, rather than large corporations. As our region deals with an air quality crisis, it is important that we re-elect the few public servants we have who are doing their jobs.

barb warwick

Councilmember Warwick has been a reliable voice for active transportation and clean energy projects in her short time on Pittsburgh City Council. Voters should send her back to continue the work she's started.

SUMMER LEE

We're proud to endorse State Rep. Summer Lee in her campaign for Congress! Our hub voted unanimously to endorse Rep. Lee's campaign because of her unwavering commitment to environmental justice, and her understanding that our economy should work for all—not just the wealthy few.
