Sunrise Optimist is happy to help as many Boone County youth organizations as possible. If your organization is looking for assistance please see the qualifications and requirements below and fill out a form. 

Qualifications:

Is your organization located in Boone County?

Does your organization benefit youth?

Is this donation needed for a project or materials?

Is this a 501(c) organization?

A representative of your group must be available to present your request at a monthly board meeting
