No deposit refund if any damages to the clubhouse or check-out list items are not met

All city ordinances must be followed, or Lessee will be held responsible

No tape, screws, nails or push pins used on the walls. Use of command strips or blue painters' tape is okay for hanging decorations.

Only BLUE painters' tape can be used on the floor.
