Robotic Perception and Embodied Intelligence Lab
Our research focuses on integrating robotic perception and embodied intelligence to develop autonomous robots that can sense, plan, and act reliably in complex, dynamic environments, while handling uncertainties in sensing, interaction, and control.
Our objective is to advance 3D vision, SLAM, multi-sensor data fusion, and robot learning to build autonomous systems capable of performing complex tasks.
By addressing the challenges of operating in dynamic, unstructured environments and managing various uncertainties, we aim to bridge the gap between perception and action, delivering scalable and adaptable robotic solutions for applications across industry, manufacturing, and societal domains.
Our research interests span:
• Robotics & Robot Perception
• Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM)
• 3D Reconstruction & Scene Understanding
• Multi-sensor Data Fusion
• Uncertainty-Aware Planning and Control
• Human-Robot Interaction
