Pool Rules and General Information
The following Pool Rules are for the benefit of all residents of Summit House Condominium. Please read them carefully. Your compliance with them will be an important factor in assuring the safe and happy enjoyment of the pool by you as well as other pool members.
Hours of Operation
The pool will open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend. Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm Monday - Sunday. The Association retains the right to regulate hours and days of operation at its discretion. The pool may be closed at any time due to maintenance, repairs or inclement weather without prior notice.
Access
All residents and guest must enter the pool area through the front door using their pool key. This is for your security. The outside gate is to be used as an exit only. Please latch the gate when you leave the pool area. Do not allow anyone into the pool area through this gate.
Lifeguards
NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please be sure to exercise caution and safety at all times. Intoxicated individuals are not allowed in the pool area.
Alcoholic Beverages & Smoking
No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted. No beverages are permitted poolside. Glass, ceramic, aluminum or plastic bottles, cans or cups at the edge of the pool present a safety hazard. Plastic and aluminum bottles, cans or cups at the edge of the pool and can end up in the skimmer.
Safety
Running, splashing diving, loud boisterous behavior, inappropriate language or any other inappropriate behavior is not permitted. Radios must be kept at a reasonable volume as to not disturb other pool members. Please be considerate of others.
Children
No children under age 18 allowed in the pool or fenced area without direct supervision of a parent or adult. Children in diapers are not permitted in the pool. Appropriate swim pants such as Swimmers and the like must be worn. Children in diapers must be changed in the changing areas located in both restrooms.
Dress Requirements
Bathing suits are required in the pool. NO INAPPROPRIATE CLOTHING (THONGS) OR adid CUT-OFFS PERMITTED. This is a family pool environment. Please act and dress
accordingly.
Guests
Residents are responsible for their guest's actions. Residents must accompany and remain in the pool area with their guest(s) at all times. Limit of 2 guests per condominium unit. Guests must bring their own chairs.
Pets
No pets are permitted in the pool area as well as anywhere else on Association Property.
Food and Beverage
Eating is permitted on tables only. Tables are for eating and or card playing or games. NON ALCOHOLIC beverages may be brought to the pool only in unbreakable containers.
Toys
No floats, toys, beach balls, swim fins, etc. will be allowed in the pool. Those who require them may wear approved swimming aids.
Health Requirements
Persons suffering from any communicable disease shall not enter the pool.
Pool Parties
Pool parties must be scheduled through the Condominium Board of Trustees at least 72 hours in advance of the event. There must be 1 adult resident for every ten (10) guests. The adult residents must be in the pool and/or present at poolside during the entire event. Pool parties are limited to 25 people at one time, and are limited to 1 party per time frame per day.
Grills
No portable grills allowed. Please use the grills provided at the pool for any cooking in the designated cooking area. We ask you exercise caution and safety when using the grill. Please clean the area following use.
Board of Health
All local and State Board of Health Regulations will be considered a part of the Pool Rules.
Violation and Fines
Owners and guests who violate these pool/spa rules may be requested to leave the pool/spa area. The Condominium Trustees reserve the right to impose fines and/or suspend a Unit Owner's common area privilege if repeated violations of these rules and regulations occur.
These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time as provided in the Master Deed, the Trust or as otherwise provided.
