Smell Gas: Call National Grid right away at 800- 233-5325
Illegal Car Parked In Your Spot: A board member may be able to assist. Call or text Bree Curtis at 413-320-2148 or call Jim Munsey at 781-646-4045. If they cannot assist you can call a tow company.

Heat: Heating issues are unit-specific. Please contact a plumber to investigate the issue. We recommended Gedick Brothers 781- 272-2277 as they are familiar with the building.
For all other matters (HOA fees, pests, maintenance, etc):
FIRST, contact the property manager Eric Whelan via the Summit House Client Services Team at 508- 504-7075,
THEN, email the board at thesummithouseboard@gmail.com so we are aware of issues reported to Eric Whelan
