The Schedule

 

We recommend training with us 2-4 days each week.  Youth may attend an unlimited number of classes and clinics each week. On days there are two classes scheduled back to back we encourage youth to stay for both if possible, and if possible, stay for 20-30 minutes of the open training time.

2023 Youth Summer Calendar

June 10 - August 15

We understand that youth may need to show up late or leave early due to other summer programming.

OPEN TRAINING TIME 

The gym will be open from 11 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Thursday for strength and agility training.  Exercises will be provided based on individual needs along with a progressive program.  During these times the gym will be staffed with a Certified Personal Trainer to supervise and coach.

If youth are attending only open training on a certain day, they should plan to train for 1 hour. If youth attended a class prior to open training time, they should plan to stay and train for 20-30 minutes.
