Youth Conditioning Summer Membership

No Class July 4 or week of July 29 - August 2 (Rest Week)

HOW TO BEST USE YOUR MEMBERSHIP


*Cancelations will be allowed up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the program.  Cancel by May 10, 2024 to receive a full refund.  Cancel by May 27, 2024 to receive a 50% refund.  Memberships are non-refundable after May 27, 2024.

OPTION 2

Youth Individual Personal Training

No Training July 4 or week of July 29 - August 2 (Rest Week)

Private one-on-one lessons are great options for youth looking to enhance a specific skill. Whether it be running form, speed, strength, agility, power, or addressing imbalances created by repetitive movement, working one-on-one with a coach is a great way to progress your child.

We recommend 1-2 sessions per week. 

Training is to be scheduled during the summer program, June-August.

12:30-7:15 PM Monday-Thursday are reserved for private training time.  Other days and times are available.  Please contact Dale or Becky for scheduling.

For families with more than one child - sessions may be divided between siblings.
