Accommodation & Facilities

Accommodation and most dancing facilities will be at Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, which is located in Mt Wellington and overlooking the beautiful Panmure Basin.

Accommodation for Summer School will be in Waipuna's Bureau Twin rooms. Each of these rooms contains two queen beds, as well as a private bathroom (shower and bath included). The rooms are the same for everybody, but we have different rooming options.

• Resident Standard: Two people to a room. You may either request a roommate, or we can assign you one.

• Resident Trio: Three to a room, at a discount. Please note that this will involve bed sharing. You must have already organised your own trio who are all attending Summer School and all happy to room together before filling out the registration form. Please be aware that if something falls through with your group's attendance and your group cannot be rearranged, you may be asked to pay the difference up to a Resident Standard price.

• Resident Single: Alone, at an increased price.

Facilities at Waipuna include a bar & restaurant, outdoor garden spaces, and swimming pool. Parking is available onsite, and there is even a miniature railway nearby. Alcohol is permitted in your own rooms, but in communal areas it must be purchased from the bar. It's going to get hot, so bring your togs!
