Membership

Members of the Suffield PTA are welcome to join whether they plan to be very involved or not involved at all.  The Suffield PTA does have monthly meetings for you to stay in the loop if you would like- but meetings are optional.   To become a member of the Suffield PTA, please fill out the enrollment form below.  Membership costs $10 a year.  You can pay by clicking on the Membership Fee link on this page (it will direct you to our Venmo account) or you can send in cash or check into the office.  Please mark your name and "PTA Membership" to your cash or check envelope.  

Please note:  Your Membership Enrollment is not complete until you get to the "submit" button on the second page of the Membership Enrollment form.
