What does Subside do?
Subside is a subscription tracker. You add your subscriptions — price, billing cycle, and renewal date — and Subside shows your total spend, reminds you before renewals and trial endings, and highlights subscriptions worth reviewing. It doesn't connect to your bank or the services themselves; you stay in control.
Is my data private? Where is it stored?
Yes. Subside stores your data on your device, and only in your own private iCloud account if you choose to turn on iCloud sync. We have no servers, no accounts, and no tracking — we never receive your data. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I back up or sync across my devices?
Open Settings → iCloud & Data in the app and turn on iCloud sync. Your subscriptions will then sync privately across the devices signed in to your Apple ID. iCloud sync is off by default.
Is Subside a subscription? Will I be billed every month?
No. Subside is a one-time purchase. The "lifetime" unlock is a single, non-recurring in-app purchase — there is no auto-renewing subscription and you will never be billed monthly.
I bought Premium on another device. How do I get it back?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Your lifetime unlock will be restored.
How do I request a refund?
App Store purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have any trouble, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete any subscription or saved sign-in inside the app. To remove everything, delete the app from your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can also manage and delete Subside's iCloud data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud on your device. We hold nothing on our side to delete.
Are the sign-in details I save secure?
Yes. Any login details you choose to store are kept in the encrypted iOS Keychain on your device. They are never sent to us.
