Terms of Service

1) Usage Agreement

By inviting the bot (STW Daily) and using its features are you agreeing to the below mentioned Terms of Service (Terms) and Privacy Policy (Policy) of the bot.

You acknowledge that you have the privilege to use the bot on any Discord Server you share with it, that you can invite it to any Server that you have "Manage Server" rights for. You also acknowledge that this privilege may be revoked for you, if you are subject of breaking the terms and/or policy of this bot, or the Terms of Service and/or Community Guidelines of Discord Inc; or the Terms of Service of Epic Games Inc.

By executing commands with the bot, you agree for data to be collected in accordance with it's Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

In order to use the bot, you must be at least 13 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian if you are younger than the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you must not be barred from receiving the Services under applicable law. You must only use the bot in compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If you use the Services, you represent and warrant to us that these things are true.

3) Affiliation

The bot is not affiliated with, endorsed, supported or made by either Discord Inc or Epic Games Inc.

4) Liability

The owner of the bot may not be made liable for individuals breaking these Terms at any given time.

We reserve the right to update these terms at our own discretion, giving you a 1-Week (7 days) period to opt out of these terms if you're not agreeing with the new changes.

You may opt out by discontinuing your use of the bot.

5) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from you, to whom we share that information with and for what purpose, and what we do with that information. When you use the Services, you accept and agree that we may process and use your data and information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

We may access your data and information for the following reasons:

1. To help you with your support requests. We will ask you for your consent before accessing the data associated with your account.

We will never sell, share, or otherwise use your data for purposes not outlined above.
