Privacy Policy

1) Usage of Data

The bot may use stored data, as defined below, for different features including:

• To help you with your support requests and command handling.

• To facilitate the functionality of the "Authentication Session" feature and "Autoclaim" feature (If available).

No usage of data outside of the aforementioned cases will happen and the data is not shared with any 3rd-party site or service.

2) Temporarily Stored information

The bot may temporarily collect the following information automatically when certain commands are used:

• The account_id of your discord account

• The command you used

• Any optional data provided to the command

No other information outside of the above mentioned one will be stored.
This information is stored in Heroku logs for a maximum of 7 days, or 1,500 lines.

When using any command that requires authentication, an authentication session is automatically started. This session will persist for approximately 8 hours, and temporarily stores the following data:

• Epic

  • Your Epic Access token

  • Your Epic Account ID

  • Your Epic Account display name

  • Your Epic Access token expiry time

  • Whether or not your account can claim V-Bucks

  • The day your account is on

• Your Discord Account ID

You may choose to opt out of creating an authentication session by specifying anything after your code on certain commands (e.g. @STW Daily d {code} no). You can end an existing authentication session by running @STW Daily kill.

3) Stored Data

In order to facilitate an autoclaim functionality in the future, some data is required to be stored. The following list of items contains the data stored (subject to change):

• Epic Account Device Auth information, including:

  • Your Epic Account ID

  • Your Epic Device ID

  • Your Epic Secret

• Your Discord Account ID

This data will be securely stored in a MongoDB Atlas server. Due to the nature of this data storage method, authorised persons (us) have access to this data.

4) Removal of Data

If you would like to request the deletion of your data, you may do so by contacting us (DM dippy is not here#1332 or join the support server). We will do our best to fulfil your request and clear our logs.

5) Children’s Data

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If we learn that you are under the age of 13, we will delete your account and any information associated with your account.
