1 large Milkybar (white chocolate)
A handful of strawberries (these are optional if you would like to add a pop of colour to your dessert)
Method :

Place the biscuit crumbs into a large bowl
Using a spoon, add the tub of Philadelphia cheese into the bowl and mix with the biscuit crumbs
Keeping mixing until all of the crumbs are mixed in with the Philadelphia and you get a soft mixture
Take a very small piece of the mixture and roll with your two hands to make a soft round ball, keep repeating until all of your mixture is used to make small balls
Place the biscuit balls on a a plate, covering with cling film and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes
With an adult's help and permission, place 2 saucepans of water on 2 hobs and allow for the water to heat up (2 saucepans are needed to heat both the white and milk chocolate)
When the water in both saucepans are heated, place a bowl over each one
Add a few squares of milk chocolate to one bowl and a few squares of white chocolate to the other, stirring occasionally until melted
When the chocolate is melted, put one biscuit ball into the bowl of milk chocolate and roll it around with a spoon until completely covered
Using a spoon drizzle some of the melted white chocolate over the milk chocolate and place on a large tray/plate
Keeping adding the milk and white chocolate to the 2 separate bowls and repeat steps 11&12 until all of your biscuit balls are covered in chocolate
Cover your large tray/plate with tin-foil and place in the fridge for a couple of hours
If you have chocolate left over, you can dip some strawberries into the chocolate and place in the fridge to harden
These can add a lovely pop of colour to your dessert !!
